About the Role
We’re seeking an Associate Technical Marketing Manager to join a growing Technical Marketing function for a high-impact, six-month assignment with potential to extend. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales enablement, supporting the creation of compelling visual stories, demos, and tools that bring product capabilities to life.
Technical Marketing is a newer, fast-moving product marketing discipline focused on showing—not telling—how solutions work. In this role, you’ll act as both a project coordinator and content contributor, helping ensure sales and customer-facing teams are fully equipped with the assets they need to demo and position the platform effectively.
This is an ideal opportunity for a marketing professional who is execution-focused, highly organized, and eager to deepen their exposure to SaaS products, cross-functional collaboration, and field enablement.
What You’ll Do
- Support the creation of visual, story-driven product content, including demo recordings, screenshots, draft videos, webinars, and enablement assets
- Assist in configuring and staging basic product instances to support value-based use cases
- Coordinate logistics for content creation, reviews, and delivery across multiple stakeholders
- Support product release programs and field enablement initiatives
- Help prepare materials for industry events and conferences
- Partner closely with Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to gather inputs and align messaging
- Identify gaps in existing enablement assets and support efforts to close them
- Own and maintain JIRA workflows, timelines, and project tracking for the Technical Marketing team
- Act as the onsite liaison in the Austin office to help drive project momentum and milestones
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, marketing project coordination, associate project management, or field sales support
- Entry-level candidates with strong internships or relevant hands-on experience will be considered
- Strong comfort using JIRA to manage work, track deliverables, and coordinate across teams
- Exposure to SaaS environments, especially around product launches or enablement, is a plus
- Basic presentation skills, including comfort supporting or co-presenting content
- Solid writing and editing skills; familiarity with video, photo editing, or demo tools is a plus
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Product, Sales, or Customer Success
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn within a matrixed organization
- Interest in the construction technology or con-tech space is a plus
- Ability to travel up to 10% as needed
Work Setup
- Must be local to Austin, TX
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote per week
- Acts as the team’s primary onsite presence for coordination and execution
Why This Role
This role offers hands-on exposure to technical marketing, product storytelling, and enablement at scale—perfect for someone looking to grow into broader product or technical marketing responsibilities while making an immediate, visible impact.
