What You'll Do:

• Define and communicate compelling product visions to cross-functional teams
• Oversee all stages of the product development process from conception to launch
• Build comprehensive product roadmaps and manage product backlogs collaboratively
• Accurately prioritize features and user stories based on customer needs and business impact
• Ensure user stories are development-ready with supporting documents, wireframes, and clear acceptance criteria
• Work directly with users to deeply understand their needs and pain points
• Take ownership of the complete product realization process and monitor user reactions to new releases
• Drive business value achievement from all product capabilities and features

What You Bring:

• Master's in Business Administration preferred
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in the industry
• Technical product knowledge and specific domain expertise
• Strong knowledge of Agile principles and processes
• In-depth understanding of industry market conditions and trends
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Successful track record of developing products within deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail and sharp analytical problem-solving skills
• Creative and innovative thinking approach
