Creative Designer (Remote)

Location: Remote

Pay Rate: $59hr (Weekly pay + Medical Benefits)

Duration: 3-6 month temp to turn permanent (Based on performance)

Hours: Full-time M-F

 

 

**PLEASE NOTE: This role is heavy on Creative Design work; not Graphic Design.

Summary: 

As a Digital Media Designer (IC5), you will play a key leadership role in shaping creative vision and driving design excellence across the brand. You’ll lead high-impact, cross-functional design initiatives — setting a high bar for strategy, and innovation. With a deep understanding of visual storytelling, scalable systems, and audience engagement, you’ll influence shows up across digital, social, and experiential touchpoints.

You’ll bring market and industry insights into the creative process, pushing boundaries while aligning with business goals. As a hands-on leader and mentor, you’ll foster a culture of collaboration, feedback, and continuous learning — empowering others and elevating the quality of work across the broader team.

 


What You'll Do: 

  • Lead the creative vision and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns — from initial concept through final delivery — ensuring storytelling and design work hand-in-hand
  • Own and evolve company visual identity across all touchpoints, building and maintaining scalable design systems that drive brand cohesion
  • Design and direct best-in-class assets across digital channels— including social media, email, web, interactive, and video — with a sharp eye for typography, layout, and visual storytelling
  • Shape compelling brand experiences across Consumer, Enterprise, Corporate, Internal, and Event marketing — ensuring every design solution strengthens and amplifies the brand
  • Lead the design of high-stakes presentation materials and live event visuals, turning complex ideas into clear, strategic, and visually striking narratives
  • Act as a creative partner to cross-functional teams — including Marketing, Product, and Social; ensuring integrated, high-performing, and on-brand creative across all initiatives
  • Bring fresh, innovative thinking to concept development— pushing creative boundaries while staying grounded in strategy and business goals
  • Set a high bar for creativity, and consistency — mentoring others, sharing knowledge, and helping raise the standard across the broader creative team


 

What You Bring: 

  • 7-12 years of experience in Creative Design and/or Brand Design
  • Experience working within a creative agency - in media and social
  • Hands-on experience creating digital content for web, mobile, and social media platforms
  • Your influence shows up across digital and social
  • Must have a portfolio showcasing your design work; design systems approach, thought process, art/visual direction and storytelling
  • Strong foundation in video/visual storytelling and storyboarding, with the ability to translate narratives into compelling visual content
  • Experience in social media; storyboard for social media, visual and video
  • Requires strong experience working closely with stakeholders; able to present to stakeholders
  • Requires someone who is curious, vibrant, engaging, and confident; passion for the work they put out
  • Experience with Figma
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Experience with GSuite (Docs, Sheets)
  • Proven track record of leading high-impact, cross-channel marketing campaigns that align with business and brand objectives.
  • Deep expertise in graphic design fundamentals—typography, layout, color, and building scalable brand systems across web, mobile, and social platforms
  • Experience shaping brands through visual, communication, and advertising design, with a strong eye for storytelling and cultural nuance
  • Experience collaborating within large, cross-functional creative teams and navigating complex workflows
  • Some experience or interest with AI-powered creative tools to enhance design ideation, efficiency, and innovation


Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience working in the global SaaS or tech industry
  • Experience with After Effects
  • Experience with Jira or similar tools
