Location: Remote

$72/hr (Weekly pay + Medical Benefits)

Duration: 6-month contract (Excellent potential for extension and permanent)

Hours: Full-time M-F (8am-5pm – your time zone)

Job Overview:

The Enterprise team serves global organizations, including leading companies, governments, campuses, and nonprofits, who seek to upskill or retrain their workforce with the world’s best education. This team is made up of three sub-teams: Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Strategy & Operations. The teams operate globally and have members based out of our offices in Mountain View, New York, London, Gurgaon, and Dubai. This role sits within the Revenue Operations Enterprise team, with the primary objective of driving and supporting go-to-market strategies across sales, customer success, marketing, and revenue operations for Americas Enterprise team. The role involves working in close collaboration with the AMER Enterprise leadership team and driving go-to-market strategies and growth for the region across the three verticals.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Be a data-driven thought partner to sales, marketing & customer success teams for the AMER Enterprise leadership team and drive strong execution for Business, Campus & Government goals in the region
  • Collaborate with the AMER Regional GM to drive accurate forecasting (monthly and quarterly) and execution across Enterprise new business, expansion and renewal revenue streams
  • Perform high-impact quantitative and qualitative analyses to drive growth and improve our effectiveness and leverage across functions in the region
  • Relentlessly focus on results, identify key areas of opportunity & growth and drive cross-functional alignment to action on solutions
  • Design creative solutions to operational and strategic challenges by developing deep expertise about our processes, tools, and business strategy
  • Develop go-to-market strategies, territory plans, financial plans and metrics dashboards that empower our team

 

Requirements:

  • 6-12 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations and/or Business Operations,
  • Experience in driving and supporting go-to-market strategies across sales, customer success, marketing, and revenue operations
  • Must have experience in CRM Salesforce
  • Must have experience working within Excel
  • Experience working for large global organizations, preferably in SaaS, EdTech, or technology industries.
  • Must be analytical, experiencing reviewing large data sets, pulling insights to come up with solutions.
  • Strong background in data analysis and financial planning, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Experience managing forecasting, pipeline analytics, and quota attainment processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Requires excellent experience with stakeholder management
  • Strong experience in collaborating across different teams - Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams - to drive revenue growth and operational excellence.
  • Experience leveraging multiple stakeholders and working very closely with leadership and management
  • Experience in managing large projects and building a process; ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders across regions and functions.
  • Bonus: Experience working with enterprise teams.
  • Bonus: Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (Tableau and Power BI)
  • Bonus: Experience with forecasting tool Clari or similar
