Part-Time Office Coordinator – $25/hr | Austin, TX (Onsite, Mon–Thurs 9AM–3PM)

Role Details
- Location: Onsite in Austin, TX
- Schedule: Part-time | Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $25/hour
- Length of Assignment: Temporary with potential for extension (not conversion)
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee general office operations including supply management, vendor coordination, and office upkeep
- Support administrative functions such as scheduling, calendar management, and travel coordination
- Serve as the face of the office by greeting visitors, handling calls, and managing mail/deliveries
- Coordinate in-office events, meetings, and team-building activities
- Maintain accurate records for expenses, invoices, and internal contact details
- Provide ad hoc support to staff and leadership to keep the office running efficiently
