Join a cutting-edge life sciences organization at a pivotal moment of growth and innovation. This is a high-impact opportunity for a Veeva Vault RIM expert to take ownership of regulatory systems, drive operational excellence, and influence how regulatory information is managed across a global environment.

You’ll act as a strategic partner to Regulatory Affairs, IT, and Quality teams—optimizing systems, ensuring compliance, and enabling seamless regulatory submissions. If you thrive in fast-paced environments where you can lead, influence, and build scalable processes, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the SME for Veeva Vault RIM, owning system performance, enhancements, and user adoption
  • Manage and optimize core modules including HA Interactions, Submissions, Archive, Reporting, and Admin
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and translate business needs into system solutions
  • Design and maintain workflows, SOPs, and documentation to support compliant operations
  • Configure users, roles, permissions, metadata, and lifecycles within Vault
  • Lead end-user training sessions and drive system adoption across teams
  • Oversee audit trails, validation activities, and issue resolution to ensure GxP compliance
  • Build dashboards and reports to track submissions, HA communications, and compliance metrics
  • Drive UAT, change management, and continuous system improvements
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Regulatory, Quality, and IT teams to align on strategic initiatives

What You Bring

  • 5–7+ years of hands-on Veeva Vault RIM experience within life sciences or pharma
  • Deep understanding of regulatory operations and GxP compliance frameworks
  • Proven experience in system configuration, validation, and training delivery
  • Strong ability to translate complex regulatory processes into scalable system solutions
  • Experience supporting audits, inspections, and compliance initiatives
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Veeva Vault Administrator Certification is highly preferred

Why This Role Stands Out

  • High-impact visibility: Partner directly with cross-functional leaders on critical regulatory initiatives
  • Strategic ownership: Shape and optimize a core regulatory system used across the organization
  • Flexibility: Remote, hybrid, or onsite options available
  • Competitive compensation: Up to $150/hour, based on experience
  • Growth potential: Opportunity for extension and long-term impact
