Customer Service Representative | $28–$32/hr | Remote (U.S. Based)

Are you an organized and driven customer service professional with a background in order processing and ERP/CRM systems? This is your opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven company making a meaningful impact in the medical device industry.

We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative for a 6-month remote contract role, open to candidates across the U.S. You’ll play a vital role in supporting field operations, maintaining accurate system records, and ensuring seamless delivery coordination aligned with surgical schedules.


Details:

  • Pay Rate: $28–$32/hour (W2)
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm PST
  • Location: Remote (U.S. only)
  • Length: 6-month assignment with weekly pay and full benefits


What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and update order and customer data in QAD ERP and Salesforce CRM systems.
  • Act as a key point of contact for field operations, ensuring high responsiveness and accuracy.
  • Prioritize and process incoming orders in alignment with sales team needs.
  • Maintain strong cross-functional relationships, particularly with sales and operations teams.
  • Support the company’s quality system and uphold regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA QSRs).
  • Flag any quality concerns or potential regulatory non-compliance.
  • Take initiative in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the medical device or regulated industry.
  • Familiarity with QAD ERP and Salesforce CRM required.
  • Solid understanding of quality standards and regulatory frameworks (ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820, EU MDR).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • APICS certification and medical device background are strong pluses.
