What You'll Do:
- Work through design problems from beginning to end, translating research insights and high-level concepts into workflows, visual designs, and detailed interactions
- Navigate ambiguity in early product development stages to define product vision and strategy that aligns business and customer needs
- Create globally scalable, locally relevant, inclusive, and equitable experiences that drive business growth
- Use qualitative insights and quantitative metrics to inform and validate design decisions
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, researchers, and data scientists
- Influence design decisions across teams by advocating for user needs and maintaining a user-centered perspective
- Balance prioritization and delivery across multiple projects while driving strategic outcomes
- Lead by example and mentor less-experienced designers on design thinking, execution, and quality
- Facilitate design workshops, create user flows, define information architecture, and build prototypes
- Conduct user research to inform MVP definition and development for new products
What You Bring:
- 3-6 years of experience as a UX/Product Designer
- Experience working within enterprise/Global SaaS/Tech companies
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX Design work, preferably in consumer SaaS
- Experience with AI tools for design work and designing with emerging technologies like GenAI
- Proficiency with Figma and GSuite (Docs, Sheets)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional partners
- Ability to consider and rationalize technical difficulty of designs and find simple ways to test concepts
- Experience building new products and conducting user research
- Startup experience with ability to navigate challenges and adapt to changing environments
Bonus Points If You Have:
- UI Design skills with experience leveraging and building upon design systems
- Experience designing for consumer SaaS products, enterprise products, or consumer mobile
- Experience with Confluence or similar collaboration tools
- Background in educational technology or learning platforms
- Experience designing for diverse, global audiences
